Infused into everything Urban Element does is a deep love of food and the belief in its ability to motivate, inspire, educate and entertain.

Every month, Urban Element offers a variety of cooking classes to suit every interest and schedule. They collaborate with Ottawa’s hottest Chefs to bring innovative menus in two distinct formats: hands-on and demonstration.

 

Each class includes Chef instruction, all recipes, a multi-course meal, wine pairings with the menu, non-alcoholic beverages, Bridgehead’s “urban element signature blend” coffee, and assorted teas.

The winning bidder receives a gift certificate for $200 towards any of the many classes and events scheduled by Urban Element.
