Linda Kitz is a local artist who has been creating lovely whimsical statues for years.  Her works are created from mixed media including fabric and wire, with colour from paints and fabrics.  You may well have seen her work in galleries in Westport.

 

This charming statue is of a woman, Genie, sitting on a granite rock, poised with grace and dignity.

She is 40cm (16in) tall.
